Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and phcaah ("phcaah," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phcaah online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through phcaah, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or guidelines applicable to particular games, promotions, or features of the Platform, which are incorporated herein by reference.
phcaah reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Eligibility
Use of the phcaah Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. phcaah enforces strict age verification procedures and will suspend or terminate any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, with forfeiture of any balance held.
- Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phcaah complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phcaah or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or use.
- Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of phcaah, or an immediate family member of any such person.
Account Registration
To access the full features of the phcaah Platform, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on phcaah. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. phcaah is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phcaah will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phcaah immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
phcaah is required by Philippine regulations to verify the identity of all registered players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and other supporting documentation at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or upon request by our compliance team. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
3.5 Account Closure
You may request closure of your phcaah account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements and provided no outstanding wagering obligations remain.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
phcaah accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods, which are available to Philippine-based players:
- GCash
- PayMaya / Maya
- Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
- Debit card (issued by a Philippine bank)
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on phcaah is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Own-Name Requirement
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. phcaah reserves the right to return funds received from third-party sources and to suspend the associated player account pending investigation.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in our payment policy, which is available on the Platform. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. phcaah reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.5 Currency
All transactions on phcaah are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). phcaah is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.
Bonuses & Promotions
phcaah offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotional offers unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phcaah reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
- Abuse: phcaah reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected.
- Modification: phcaah reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phcaah Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming
- Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law
- Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your phcaah account
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward phcaah staff or other players
Intellectual Property
All content on the phcaah Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform ("Content"), is the exclusive property of phcaah or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from phcaah
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content
- Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party product or service
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content
Any unauthorized use of phcaah's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phcaah, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, system errors, or interruptions in service
- Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security
- Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers
- Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in game results caused by technical malfunction
- Loss or corruption of data
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or transaction, phcaah reserves the right to void the affected game round or transaction and return the wagered amount to the player's account. This shall constitute phcaah's sole liability in such circumstances.
phcaah's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phcaah account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Responsible Gaming
phcaah is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
If you feel that your gaming is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools, which are accessible through your account settings at any time. You may also contact our support team to request immediate self-exclusion.
phcaah reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where we have reason to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including but not limited to imposing deposit limits, requiring a cooling-off period, or initiating self-exclusion on the player's behalf.
Termination
phcaah reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority
- Determination that you are ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2
- Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive
Upon termination for cause, phcaah reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold any funds pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
You may terminate your account voluntarily at any time by contacting phcaah support. Voluntary termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.
Amendments to These Terms
phcaah reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phcaah will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the phcaah Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5.
The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and phcaah, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. phcaah is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, where applicable. Any legal proceedings not resolved through regulatory channels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
